Moonstones and Pearls for June

The month of June actually has 3 birthstones: pearl, moonstone and alexandrite. I could only find one tiara made with alexandrite and it's a modern one that is kind of diamond-y. Not sure how I was feeling about it so I'm just going to show off some moonstone and pearl tiaras.

Moonstone Tiaras

Tiara made of carved, translucent horn and adorned with small bluish moonstones. The carving gives the illusion of branches and in the top of the branches, the horn has been carved in small blobs. The small oval and round monstones are among the branches and under the blobs.

Silver tiara with alternating upside down, right side up dragonflies. Moonstones are on top of the upright dragonflies' heads and also in between the wings of both upside down and right side up dragonflies.

Silver tiara set with moonstones of various shapes and sizes. There are also delicate curling silver leaves wrapping around the moonstones.

The other pictures I've been able to find of this tiara don't pop nearly as much as this one does. This gallery did an excellent lighting job. Pearl Tiaras

Seed pearl parure in a teal velvet lined case. The parure consists of a tiara, necklace, brooch and pair of earrings. The motif is bunches of grapes and leaves.

18K gold tiara set with old and rose cut diamonds, pearls and button pearls. It presents a central body in the form of a rose window with a central pearl and four smaller pearls, with a double border of diamonds and decoration in the form of ears of wheat enriched with rose-cut diamonds. At both ends it presents motifs in the form of feathers with diamonds and pearls. With a pompadour in the form of fine turned strips, sprinkled with diamonds and a pearl finish with a 'tremblant' effect, giving the piece a beautiful movement.

I really like how organic this tiara looks! Kind of reminds me of a sea anemone.
