Fire and Ice Tiara
Geoffrey Rowlandson was a British jeweller who operated his own store, Rowlandson's, from 1970 until he passed in 2019. His family still runs the business, designing jewelry based on his style. He specialized in using baroque pearls and allowing their shape to guide the form of the piece, like in the pieces below.

The Fire and Ice Tiara seems to be the only one he created. It looks like he was more into making brooches or objets d'art. This tiara was a special creation for the ‘Tiaras: Past and Present’ exhibition at the Victoria and Albert Museum in 2002. It has since been sold to a private collector.
This Fellow's Auctions article on Geoffrey Rowlandson has this to say about the tiara: it "imitates the natural elements" and "...is striking for its white gold features, giving it a fierce and polished finish." Well, sure, ok, but you know what I think it looks like?
